Renee Zellweger New HairCut 2012

Renee Zellweger’s new hair

Renee Zellweger looks like she had one of those fits where you can’t stand your hair anymore and just chop it off. It’s a self-defeating maneuver that you learn from and move on, convincing yourself that the result is really not that bad. It’s uneven at the bottom, and if she hired someone to do that she needs to go see another hairdresser. Maybe it looks better when it’s styled, and she can always opt for extensions like the rest of Hollywood.
Zellweger is set to film Leatherheads with George Clooney soon. She plays a journalist while Clooney is a football star. Maybe her haircut is for the film.

Never mind Renee Zellweger's midnight blue Vera Wang dress, Fred Leighton jewels and Louboutin heels, all eyes were on her radical new hair last night.

Renee debuted her brand new 'do at the premiere of My Own Love Song at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York.
She may have Hollywood's hottest hairdressers on speed dial, but what we love about Renee's new Nordic blonde tones is the choppy, home-spun feel her hair now has to it, as if she's done it herself with a pudding bowl and a pair of kitchen scissors.
A messy, mussed-up, DIY 'do is the perfect antedote to Renee's flawless, full-beam red carpet glam.

Love It or Hate It: Renée Zellweger's Latest Choppy Bob

There's no denying it; shorter hair is having a moment (check out Hayden Panettiere's new 'do) and Renée Zellweger's the latest to be sporting a whole new cropped hairdo. The actress actually cut her medium-length bob several weeks ago, but last night at a screening of My Own Love Song in NYC was the first time we saw it styled up for the red carpet.

Now, nobody really liked Renée's short cut from the Oscras in 2008 (sorry Rens), but what do you think about her latest version complete with subtly flipped-out ends and wispy fringe?
Has she found the perfect balance of sophisticated and demure or are you not feeling it?
